Henry and his team kept me updated with the work, when the work would be completed, and photos and videos of the roof tiles after rebedding. I’m glad I chose G&R Property Maintenance for my roof work.

Rafal was punctual, friendly and incredibly professional. His work is impeccable, we asked him to do additional work which he did and we are delighted with the outcome. He works carefully and pays attention to detail and also cleans up as he goes. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him unreservedly.

Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and we accepted his quote straight away. The tradesman was also very good, worked very hard and to a high standard. The finished job is excellent and we would definitely use Suoreme windows again.

I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

I had the entire windows of my house changed from 1970s aluminium double-glazing to PVC double-glazing by Culmen Windows. From the initial survey to the fitting, they kept me updated at all times and were reasonable in terms of price. I was very pleased with the end result and I will consider them in the future if the need arises.

Project was very smooth. Aaron was easy to talk too and kept everything on track. If we ever had an issue it was sorted quickly. I trusted Aaron and his team and I have already recommended him to friends. Our loft conversion is fished to a high standard and is a valuable addition to our home.
