John did a great job and from beginning to end was professional, tidy, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Very pleased to have used him to restore 5 sash windows and would recommend him. It is clear he has a passion for what he does and wanted to ensure the job was done properly as opposed to rushing things. The result is properly working windows in keeping with the character of the home.

£5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Excellent job done for a good price. Pleasure to deal with at every stage. Answered all my questions and provided a detailed written quote before being given the job. Turned up on time every day. Scaffolding, skip,materials all arrived when they were supposed to. All members of the team were experienced and skilled tradesmen and they even cleared up every day. Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys! The boys were young but the most amazing grafters!! 10/10 Brendan!
