Only a small issue due to the supplier sending wrong wrong-sized window, but not related to the company - in the meantime, my bathroom window was secured. Started the flooring in September 2024, and we communicated a lot. I asked why you were not here, I've heard every excuse possible. Now, at the end of January 2025, communication has stopped. His last request was to hire a car if I transferred money for this. I did not do this ! I am really disappointed as I gave him lots of opportunities to complete the job, there was always an excuse for no show and no communication. I have unfinished flooring, not trims at skirting and no kick plates on my kitchen units.
