Edward and his team provided a speedy and efficient response from start to finish. They were polite and didn't waste time; they cleaned up well. The cost was more than I had thought initially but I was provided with a written estimate and photographic evidence of the scale of work required and I'm satisfied it was fair and reasonable. Put a job post up and Bernard got in touch and got back to me with cost, time & date very quickly. He came out on a time and day that works for me and did the job swiftly too. Very pleased with the service he provided, even wore shoe covering when inside the home. Which I was very pleased to see, & I will definitely be using him again!

The work of cleaning the gutters was done very quickly and competently. The workers arrived on time and worked to the quote agreed beforehand. The quote seemed well within the expected price for this job, especially considering it hadn’t been carried out for several years

Lovely young lad named Daniel who came to sort out our chimneys. Very polite,very knowledgeable. Did a great job in v windy conditions. Would definitely get him again to sort out our other roofing matters.

Company responded quickly to original request and seemed to have sorted out all the velux windows as requested. The charge was reasonable although I didn't receive the invoice and receipt that I requested which caused a record problem. I brought the company back to do a second job - fixing a leak around one of my velux windows and also carrying out some smaller roofing repairs. Company went to great efforts to get the right slates which I appreciated. Unfortunately the leak wasn't fixed properly and when we went up on the roof we found the seal around the window was loose and clearly hadn't been fixed down properly. the servicing of the velux windows also seems to have only temporarily fixed the problems and slowly one by one the motors are failing again. The charge for the work was OK but again I didn't (despite requests and promises) receive an invoice breaking down the charge or a receipt. Level of workmanship was OK but admin is sloppy and the company will need to sort that out.

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

New sink & WC fitted in downstairs cloakroom, radiator moved as well as wall & floor tiling. Minor issue sorted promptly & without fuss. Very pleased, I would not hesitate to use Dave again.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.
