Lovely young lad named Daniel who came to sort out our chimneys. Very polite,very knowledgeable. Did a great job in v windy conditions. Would definitely get him again to sort out our other roofing matters.

Thanks for a good service. Kevin gave a full explanation of work and chose the most reasonable and practical options for the job. Work was done promptly and the site was left clean with very little disturbance while they were on the job.

William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

Edward and his team provided a speedy and efficient response from start to finish. They were polite and didn't waste time; they cleaned up well. The cost was more than I had thought initially but I was provided with a written estimate and photographic evidence of the scale of work required and I'm satisfied it was fair and reasonable. Company responded quickly to original request and seemed to have sorted out all the velux windows as requested. The charge was reasonable although I didn't receive the invoice and receipt that I requested which caused a record problem. I brought the company back to do a second job - fixing a leak around one of my velux windows and also carrying out some smaller roofing repairs. Company went to great efforts to get the right slates which I appreciated. Unfortunately the leak wasn't fixed properly and when we went up on the roof we found the seal around the window was loose and clearly hadn't been fixed down properly. the servicing of the velux windows also seems to have only temporarily fixed the problems and slowly one by one the motors are failing again. The charge for the work was OK but again I didn't (despite requests and promises) receive an invoice breaking down the charge or a receipt. Level of workmanship was OK but admin is sloppy and the company will need to sort that out.

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

Phil Stevenson is not only a very pleasant gentleman, but an excellent tradesman with expertise in doors and gates. My back gate and back door are both working perfectly, opening and closing. I am happy to recommend The Doorman.

New sink & WC fitted in downstairs cloakroom, radiator moved as well as wall & floor tiling. Minor issue sorted promptly & without fuss. Very pleased, I would not hesitate to use Dave again.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.
