Poor workmanship. I've had to get a lot of work redone that wasn't done or finished off properly. When I asked Josh to come and revisit what needed doing he was quite abusive after arguing over what was agreed or not and basically wasn't interested since he got paid. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
