I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

Totally amazing the 122 year old floor looks almost new, they fixed loose boards, cracks, holes, damage etc all looks stunning.

Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! Had a cancellation so phoned to see if he could do the job earlier which suited us. Very prompt, excellent job and done well within timescale. I have no hesitation in recommending William and will use him myself for future jobs.

Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.
