R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication. The standard of work appears excellent and the finish looks great. We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Dennis made from scratch our bespoke door which was exactly what we wanted, although lockdown happened just after ordering it from him, he worked on the door and kept us updated. Very punctual, professional and friendly, we can’t rate him or his work highly enough, the door looks fantastic.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company

A full kitchen refit including appliances. Rory did an excellent job I cannot fault him in any way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. In my opinion he is a first class joiner.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

What can I say? Richard was the perfect choice for the job not only did he fit the laminate flooring he fitted the skirting boards and a dozen internal doors. We were happy for him to have a key and come & go to suit himself. Hardworking doesn’t come close and he is the perfect workman to have in your home, clean & tidy and nothing was too much trouble for him. Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. He kept me informed at each stage and he kept the project (which turned out to be more complex than thought) on budget. Would recommend and plan to contact him again for another project.
