West Renovate & Refurbish are a small family-run building firm with a growing client base across Herts, Beds and Cambs. Since the company was established in 2011, we have successfully completed a number of large-scale property refurbishments for clients, and in between these we have undertaken a wide range of smaller domestic building jobs such as kitchen and bathroom fitting. The company is led by Malcolm West, who has gained a wealth of experience in building since 2004, and has specialised in Carpentry since 2009. At West Renovate & Refurbish we pride ourselves on high quality, well thought-out work - doing what is needed to finish the job to a high standard, without adding un-needed extras. Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.
