We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

Gurps was more expensive than my other quote. However he came across as a lot more reliable and professional and I wasn’t disappointed. He completed all the agreed tasks, tidied up after himself and provided answers to my queries in the weeks after he left. Would recommend

Andris's work ethic is incredible, he has passion in his work everyday, always thinking about solutions rather than moaning about problems like so many other tradesmen. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them.
