Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house. We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. Sergiu was confronted by an unexpected problematic tap replacement. He spent 2 hours longer than planned to solve the problem, which he did succeed in by the end. He worked hard, spending a lot of effort and time tracking down the cause of the problem, without shooting up the fee for the extra time. I recommend him.
