Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. James did a really good job for the house we’d just bought. The floors were all painted and really ugly, and he sanded them back to the wood and left them looking really nice. He even returned free of charge to fix a problem of “grain raising” which had left the boards a bit rough to the touch and occurred a few days after he’d finished, due to moisture in the space. He was friendly, considerate and empathic, a really pleasant guy to have around and to be involved in our renovation project.

Graham was punctual and worked pretty much non-stop until the job was finished. He obviousIy knows what he's doing with flooring and I'm delighted with the result. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him for this type of job.

Adrian is punctual, reliable and honest. His rendering and bricklaying is quality work and he finished a day ahead of schedule. He's not only experienced and professional but a pleasure to work with, I'd like to use Adrian for more of my projects. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Mr Heartford, and will be using him for all our refurbishment work. He is very pleasant, works hard, is tidy and cleans up after himself and most importantly is very efficient.
