Sorin did my first job on time but for my next job, he started it near Christmas but hasn’t returned since to complete it. Initially he said that he will come back and finish it but now he has disappeared. I will avoid him for future jobs

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..
