I'm a self employed joiner& carpenter with over 30years experience. I have my own workshop where I make bespoke joinery including fitted bedroom furniture, bookcases,vanity units, doors, windows, gates and any other Joinery to a high standard of quality. All joinery can be fully finished ie spray painted or stained and lacquered or oiled . I can also machine timber mouldings, period skirtings and architraves etc. I also undertake other general carpentry work including wood flooring , door hanging, kitchen wortops , skirting etc..

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. We commissioned Joe to create an outdoor kitchen for us after posting an ad on Rated People. We weren’t 100% clear on what we needed, we just knew we wanted somewhere to house our bbq. Joe helped us through the design process sending drawings and colour options. He delivered the furniture a few weeks ago and we love it! It looks as if it has always been there and we’ve had lots of compliments. Joe wants to make sure you love the pieces he creates, couldn’t recommend him enough.
