We had our bathroom retiled and the bathroom now looks great. We appreciated the professional and positive attitude and good communication. Simon is a really nice guy. His communication was good, he carefully explained the materials options we had for our job. He turned up when he said he would, returned a couple of days later to complete it and did a really good job, thorough job of resurfacing our kitchen work top. Would certainly use him again

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
