Our garage conversion took approximately four weeks and it is miraculous what Jon’s team have achieved in a truly professional, friendly and extremely helpful/tidy way. The builders - John and Alvin worked very well together; the electricians worked very quickly and tidily; the plumbers and kitchen fitters have given us a delightful utility room; the painters and decorators have left it immaculate. Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

My main work is carpentry joinery, but also do the whole job, ie repair or redo the wood work, repair the plaster and redec. I have worked on national trust buildings, repairing to perfection and because I love gardening I do garden tidies and make overs as an extra side line.

Requested 80% of payment after 1 day work Caused hundreds of £'s of damage to wardrobes he was to install Did not return on day 3 to finish the job Has not replied to request for refund or to remedy the job Avoid

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.
