My new rating for Jack is not based on completion of the work, but rather to prevent him losing any other work on the basis of my previous review. To date the work has not been done; however Jack has made contact to explain why he was unable to reply to me, and is now able to view/quote for the project, so I don't want to damage his reputation unfairly.

Excellent job of installing a side door to my garage. Very neat, clean and tidy. The door couldn't Be installed where we wanted it, so Gary was very helpful with suggestions and where it has been installed actually looks better than where we originally wanted it to go. We be using Gary again in the very near future.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. I was happy with Philips work he did for me, he hung an internal door and fixed doors handles. He was very friendly and arrived on time to carry out the work required. Would recommend to friends and family.

Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Excellent job, very happy.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
