Edward and his team provided a speedy and efficient response from start to finish. They were polite and didn't waste time; they cleaned up well. William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.
