Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is extremely reliable and we would have no hesitation is recommending him. We were very pleased with the result and found him to be extremely helpful and efficient.

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Gareth responded to my job almost as soon as I posted it, and called to carry out the work within 3 days, despite having a busy schedule with other customers. These guys are so efficient. Gave them the job in the morning and by the afternoon job complete. Good work, friendly lads, tidied up after the work and took all the rubbish away with them. I have kept their number in case of future work I need as I would have no hesitation to use them again.
