A good working relationship with your builder is essential and we definitely had that with Heyl Build. We agreed a price before the job started. Then we added to the job and each addition was quoted for so both parties knew where they were. The team worked hard through varying weather conditions and they were always polite. We are very happy with the end result and we would have no hesitation in recommending Heyl Build.

Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

Wayne and his son arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly. They did my job as well as my neighbours and also undertook an unexpected job from my other neighbour, who were all left very happy. I would use this firm again and I would recommend them to friends. Having previously attempted and failed to get other work done by 'local tradesmen', I would not hesitate to call these chaps back.

Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.
