Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

I highly recommend this company for their standard of work and customer care. Photographs were taken and videos made of the job before, during and after the work was completed and each stage explained to me in lay person's terms. The roofing work was carried out so well that I booked them to repair the chimney stack. This was completed to the same high standard.

From the outset, Tim, James and their team were true professionals. Their workmanship is exceptional and our old garage has been transformed into a spectacular space. They worked tirelessly during their time with us and we're always polite, considerate, cheerful and kept us fully informed of any additional costs, which were incurred unexpectedly. One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.

Jordan responded quickly to the job, came round to do an estimate swiftly and thoroughly, answering my million questions. Estimate was received soon after and the job was booked sooner than I'd expected. He arrived on time and finished the job within the time and price estimate. He also kept in touch with me throughout the job, sending me pics via whatsapp because i was out of the country. Perfect!

Ian and Peter were on time, did the job with an excellent standard of finish, cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to answer my questions. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Price and start date agreed today plus an amendment to the type of suitable insulation to be installed. Rob was also kind enough to find the source of a long-term leak and take a photo. The damaged was caused by a neighbours worker so I'll send the pic onto my insurer.s
