Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.

David sent me details of previous work he had done by email. I was very impressed with his previous experience and professionalism. He turned up promptly and was assisted by a colleague as I had a number of paintings that needed hanging and some were quite heavy. We've all heard about those builders that start a job and then disappear leaving it half done, never to return. Well Tom is definitely NOT one of those. He and his very friendly team always worked hard, were flexible around our needs and even did some weekends to ensure the build finished as close to the agreed finish date as possible.
