The quote was honest and reasonable, the work was performed to a high standard (as evidenced by photoes taken during the repair that Shane sent me) and despite my having to put back the repair date by a month at very short notice, this caused no problem. James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again

J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. Jason and his team are the kind of people you like to do business with, honest and upfront, accommodating and skilled. Would definitely recommend.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.
