Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Leon from Apex Roofing was professional from quote to invoicing. Communications was excellent. He has excellent knowledge of EPDM and flat roofs. He turned up very early as agreed and worked throughout the day. The quality of his work is excellent and I would be more than happy for anyone to view my new garage roof. This was a large refurbishment job including structural work, quality carpentry, kitchen installation and final decoration and finishing. JSR Construction provided good advice, pragmatic solutions to problems as they arose, as they inevitably do on such jobs and did a great job overall. Thoroughly recommended.

I can fully recommend the professionalism and high standard of work of Ridgeway Roofing Maintenance, who came to put right some works which were previously left finished to a shoddy standard by another contractor some time ago (my guttering had been left with leaks). Theo’s price was very fair and reasonable. The quality of work by Theo and his colleague Jim and their attention to detail was superb. These were genuine guys who worked efficiently and effectively and cleaned away properly, after their work.

O'Neill's were polite, efficient, reliable and gave us confidence in their knowledge. They did everything they said they would and more. They were very respectful of our neighbours property when needing access to the roof via the neighbours roof and kept them informed as to the work being carried out. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.
