Joe and Martin did an excellent job of taking off the existing varnish on our very worn external windows and doors, sanding back to bare wood and re-varnishing. No job was too much for them. They went to the trouble of getting the varnish we asked for and the brand of paint we wanted for the fascias and soffits. Joe was excellent at communicating what time they would be turning up. They were extremely polite, tidied up after themselves every day and left no mess. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Always polite, fitted doors well in awkward doorways -very good carpentry skills. They also did another job for me by fixing a leaking chimney. Mr Lyon and Darryl worked well and fairly tidily. I would employ them again.

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Hi, My name is Paul. I have recently set up our family run business in property services after 30 years’ experience in the trade of carpentry and joinery. As a service we aim to be professional, reliable, honest, and flexible. We are fully insured. I started my career as a bench joiner, making and fitting all kinds of joinery including, doors and windows, conservatories, shop fittings, and pub bars. Some highlights during this time were building display cabinets for Harrods, and the Ritz hotel, and bookcases for the British library. I moved onto making and installing high specification kitchens, before taking the leap into self-employment. During subcontracting for others, I have increased my knowledge and skills in new builds, residential and commercial building improvements. Some highlights from the last few years, have been to work on the roofing of the admissions centre at Windsor Castle, fitting oak doors and frames at Eton college, and seating stands for a new opera house. If you're looking for a carpenter then look no further! Paul is the rare combination of skillful, reliable and reasonably priced. He's also a genuinely nice guy. No job is too big or small. Paul fitted our engineered wooden floor and he did such a good job we had no hesitation in re-booking him to box in some pipes and hang a door. I can't recommend Paul enough and if we need any further work we will go straight back to him.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
