The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

After contacting Paul he quickly got a quote to me. I was kept informed at all stages. The work took a little longer than he quoted but it was completed in a timely fashion. This is the first time I’ve used him but I would have to say I would definitely use him again and better still recommend him. Trevor literally swept in and saved the day. I advertised the small job but he took over where our previous builders abandoned us. He did all the joining work for our extension including boxing in and doors as well as fitting in our kitchen and setting up different parts of our utility room and downstairs toilet. We couldn't be happier and more grateful to Trevor. He was punctual, communicated well, worked full days and for a fair price.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
