Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
