I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Since 2020, I’ve expanded into the building sector, working on a range of projects including excavating footings, setting out for concrete, installing windows and doors, plasterboarding, and fitting bathrooms. I’ve also been involved in kitchen installations, flooring, and patio laying, with my main focus being plumbing, drainage, and groundworks. My approach is all about customer satisfaction, and I take pride in my attention to detail. I may take my time on certain tasks to make sure they’re completed to the highest standard. I have been self employed for 7 1/2years now, I really enjoy the freedom it gives me to take on a wide variety of projects and the responsibility that comes with creating what customers want. I believe I have a good eye for detail, and i work hard with my customers to implement their ideas. I give alternative ideas and thoughts to give customers a better overview of what they could have and potentially achieve. I like to think I’m relaxed, easy going and approachable and i think the relationship between customer and tradesman is as crucial as the work itself. I have worked all over the country on a wide range of projects installing timber bridges, boardwalks, and jetties. This gave me great experience, dealing with customers and problem solving. I thoroughly enjoy my work and love working outdoors, helping to create great gardens for people to enjoy.
Initially the completed work looked fantastic. But the following year when the pointing between the flags started chipping away, we obtained a few quotes from other gardeners to repoint, and all of them told me how the this gardener had cut corners. The pointing should have been deeper, and the cement under the flags should have been spread all over. You can see the dark spots under the flags now showing where the cement had just been used in the centre of the flags.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
