Excellent work done by the team at MK Construction. I had a complete breakdown of the cost of the job before they started and they have exceeded my expectations. James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. On time and offered a repair rather than replacement which has saved me money. He even helped me clear tree branches that were overhanging the guttering so again saving me calling a second person for that job. I would fully recommend to anyone and I have kept his number for future.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.
