Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Tim and his team were always on time and very reliable. They did a great job even though they had the rain to deal with which is not what you expect in August. Checked that I was happy with how the work was progressing and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend Gunner Gardens and would use them again.

Jack and his colleague did an absolutely superb job on making us some built in wardrobes for our bedroom. The qulaity of the work was to the highest standard. I will be recommending him to friends for sure and if you are looking for some work done, in my experience you won't find anyone better.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money. We would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Visited the house, viewed the job, quoted a price and time to do the job. Turned up on time, did a good job and did NOT inflate the cost. Before leaving he left a phone number so he could be contacted to return should there be any problem with his workmanship. A very satisfied customer.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. If anyone is looking for a good family business to do a refurb this business is certainly one to consider.
