Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. My shed roof was nicely re-felted. I couldn't be at home when Chris arrived to we exchanged messages over Whatsapp (I'd left the back gate unlocked for him). He got on with the job and messaged me when it was done. A great service in my opinion.
