Its fair to say that Rob got us out of a hole as we was left stranded by another carpenter. We was happy with the quote, very quick turn around (next day) and quality of his work. We commissioned Joe to create an outdoor kitchen for us after posting an ad on Rated People. We weren’t 100% clear on what we needed, we just knew we wanted somewhere to house our bbq. Joe helped us through the design process sending drawings and colour options. He delivered the furniture a few weeks ago and we love it! Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. They are high quality, very flexible, did everything when they said they would and were easy to work with. They have my recommendation and I will use them again.
