Dave came on time to look at my job and said he would get back to me at the weekend with the quote as he did and having decided to use his services he came the day he said he would and on time witch you dont always get with some tradesman today. He was very professional and took pride in his work all In all he did a fantastic job and would not hesitate in recommending him .

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

I am absolutely delighted with my new fence Mark arrived on time, worked like a trojan and his 2 young helpers cleaned every bit of mess and rubbish .Mark even dug over my side borders and not a shrub damaged. We would recommend Barry without reservation. He provided a quick and accurate quote for the replacement of our internal wooden doors. Wonderful, would recommend. Jonathan came to quote on the Thursday and started on the Monday, we agreed a fixed rate which is my preference and despite some unexpected issues with the room he finished the job and adhered to our agreement. Will use again.
