We are a local firm with over 50 years building experience, my son Gareth is a CICS Gold card Carpenter & my oldest son is a City & Guilds advance craft Bricklayer as am I. All of our staff are qualified in their respective trades. We build extensions, carry out house repair & maintenance work, patio and slabbing work, groundwork and excavations, General concreting work, drainage and much more. Been doing carpentry work for nearly 15years now from fitted wardrobes, alcove units, media walls to kitchens, roofs and staircases. Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. Avoid… please save yourself time and money and avoid this person. He was brought in to fit a window, and two doors and he’s fitted a window with a massive crack on it, without fitting it around (windows let’s a lot of air and noise in). He replaced once door and left it without handle, so unable to open and close. The other door he ordered and sits in my kitchen, but he did not fit. He took 3,000 and then refused to complete the work. *AVOID*

Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise.
