Hi, my name is Tom Fields, I am the director of Premier Property Solutions. The company was only recently established within the last 2 years. However, I have 12 years of experience in the jobs required listed below. Within those 12 years, I spent 6 of them primarily doing housing renovations therefore have developed a wide range of different skills and professions along the way. The housing renovations included work such as bathroom and kitchen fitting, repairs, furniture installation, plastering and joinery work. 3 of the years were dedicated to training and working as an electrician and an additional 3 years I spent serving within The Royal Navy. Therefore, I am competent, reliable, punctual, trustworthy and will ensure the job is done at the highest of standards. I am new to Rated People, since the company is newly established I would like to use it as a platform to promote the company and deliver good quality work. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I’d definitely recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. GRC carpentry I'm also willing to take on any gardening work or labour work and various other aspects of the building industry. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Phil has built and installed a palisade fence for me over the past week. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. He's worked through some wild weather to get the job done, and even built and attached a new garden gate from the unused wood, at no extra cost. Grahame and his team were all absolutely lovely with an incredible work ethic, which left me confident I was in safe hands. Grahame was really understanding and patient with my many questions!! The result is a gorgeous new roof for me and my neighbour - with lots envy from the rest of the street!! I can not recommend Grahame and his team highly enough, I would not hesitate using them again - clean, tidy, excellent standard of work, lovely to deal with and on point with the price!

Jeff has just painted my Kitchen and Utility Room. He turned up when he said he would and has done a great job, no fuss, no mess, no stress. We quite happily left Jeff to it while we went to work, he was professional and obviously cared about the quality of his work. Really pleased! I Wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff again!
