A new property services business specialising in joinery, I my self am a time served joiner with 7 years of experience. I have worked for a successful company for 6 years and have recently started my own business, any type of interior and exterior building work will be undertaken at great prices.
Would really recommend Fannan Property Services. The lad was polite, turned up on time, charged a reasonable price and did a great job. Would definitely use again.
Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.

Mark and his team did a great job of rebuilding 2 chimney stacks, they arrived early each day and worked extremely hard in really bad weather conditions. At the end of the work they removed all debris leaving my driveway clean and tidy. I highly recommend Mark and his team

I am an experienced joiner/carpenter who takes great pride in my work and always completes jobs to the highest standard, in all areas of joinery whether it be a bespoke project or your more everyday joinery task such as fitting doors, skirting etc... I cover all aspects of joinery and carpentry work from kitchens to cabinet making. I enjoy creating one off projects for customers.
I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication.
