Kirk is simply amazing! His honesty is what I was most impressed by he is very respectful, hard working and kind, these attributes are hard to come by these days. Kirk did a wonderful job with my garden, its looking amazing. I will 100% recommend Kirk. He has earned my respect, I am so glad I found him. I will definitely use his services again and hopefully for years to come.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out. After so many difficult conversations with other builders Ricky and his team were a refreshing change who delivered a brilliant new porch, driveway, complete house roof, extension reroof, fencing and concrete gutter removal! We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure !
