Graham stepped in when another workman messed up and thankfully managed to rectify every single problem. He was clear with costs (and these were more than reasonable) - and spoke to me every step of the way. I have found him really helpful and kind - I will not be using any other craftman from now on.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

My team's experience allow us to undertake the most complex of tree surgery and complete the job to an exemplary standard in line with standards BS3998. Countryside Trees are specialists in tree surgery with the most up to date training, because of this it allows us to have the most comprehensive insurances to cover our customers and staff, with no clauses such as height worked at. Compulsory qualification checks are also carried out. My Staff are also trained and experienced in working around live networks (Power lines), as well as being authorised to work near the network by UK Power Network. Countryside Trees will conduct a wildlife survey in line with BS8596 on the tree or hedge before they start the task to protect wildlife such as bats and nesting birds. My staff will adhere to the company environmental policy and the method of work statements. If you live within a conservation area or have trees with TPOs (Tree Preservation Orders) on them I can complete all legal applications in conjunction with your relevant council on your behalf, this is a legal requirement if either of these apply to your tree. Countryside trees responsibly recycles all green waste that is removed from our work sites. Customers can choose to keep logs for fire wood or we can take away. Whilst my previous review praised the spraying work carried out by Prime Property Improvements, the same cannot be said for the quality of the roof repairs. Not only did they make little effort to secure matching replacement tiles, but they were reluctant to use a dark enough pink colouring for the mortar and did not use the normal alignment equipment. My local roofer has more than enough spare tiles and has all the equipment needed for a good job. Don't engage PPI for roof repairs!
