Robert was extremely professional and polite. He was able to identify the issue quickly and make the product safe. Unfortunately the product is not repairable and needs to be replaced.

There is a warranty for 20 years on composite decking material and 2 years warranty for installation. Any 3D design project goes free of charge. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
