From start to finish on the job, Fran was excellent. She was in constant touch with me, making suggestions to improve the final outcome of the work and also listening to my wishes and accomodating them as much as possible. The work was excellent and has made a real difference to the useability of our garden. I would thoroughhly recommend Urban Landscapes.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Vaclav did a really good job, turned up when he said he would and charged the price quoted. Our floors were last sanded and varnished about 16 years ago so they were pretty worn. He re-sanded and re-varnished with 3 coats. I was particularly impressed that there was no dust and everything was left very clean each day.

Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. Peter was great - he did exactly what he said he would exactly when he said he would. He worked to high standards and even came back to finish when his schedule was delayed by me. He is tidy and left things as you would want them left. Highly recommended. Jacqui stroud.

Great quality fence panels, posts and cement boards. Courteous. Good natured. Worked hard and fast completing the job in a day. Were open to my input on each height etc as garden sloped downhill a bit.

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. Oliver and team did a great job with our front drive. The design and outcome were closely matched, quality is good and the project came in exactly on budget / quote. The project included multi-leaf automated sliding gates which had some unique aspects to the design requirements, but Oliver found the solution and it works well. Would recommend Oliver and Tree & Stone team to others. Satisfied customer!
