Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Qualified NVQ city&guilds carpenter/joiner with plenty of experience in many aspects of the trade. Worked on residential, commercial and industrial jobs covering 1st, 2nd and final fix joinery. CSCS card holder, full hand and power tools. Multi skilled. Currently a team of two both fully qualified with 15 years experience in the trade.

We required erecting a partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, closing an existing door opening, creating 2 new doors on existing walls, installing a new door and relocating small electrial items. Russ provided us with a competitive offer but from the moment he walk through our door to measure the job, we knew we wanted him. He is very professional and well-mannered, and his workmanship and that of his subcontractors was impecable. We are approaching Russ to carry out further work at our home.

Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. David and his father went over and above the remit of the job, which was painting the exterior of my home, by doing numerous repairs which became apparent as they were working. This included repairing guttering, fascias, replacing a down-pipe and repairing the awning over my front door. All the painting work was done extremely professionally and looks fantastic. I am delighted with the finished result, and they were competitively priced.
