Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

The guys from GW Glass arrived just five hours after my placing the job on rated people. I needed hinges replaced on a first floor window that was difficult to access. I wanted it done quickly, as one of the hinges had severely bent and left a significant gap. I couldn't fault the work - the two men were polite, cleaned up after themselves and had the window back in place in less that 20 minutes.
