Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. Excellent work - conscientious and clean worker. Good precision floor tiling cuts around door frames and tiles evenly lined.
