Steve sent a text message to say he was unable to quote for the work as he was starting a new job. Unfortunately this came several days after he had arranged to come to our house and price up the work. I am therefore unable to comment on his work.

It's always interesting watching a skilled tradesman doing his job. Andy did a excellent job laying the laminate and beading in my hall and kitchen it was completed to a great standard. He checked with me at every stage to ensure it was completed to how I wanted. I couldn't be happier.

I am very pleased with the work. Paul tidied up afterwards and is a really nice guy. I have rated the value as good because I had no other quotes to compare but I was happy with the price anyway.

This company is the best in the business. I can't fault anything they did, from start to finish Craig and Nathan told you everything there were going to do on a daily basis. We would and have recommended BCM to family and friends and 1 has phoned Craig to sort out some work for BCM after seeing the pictures. Definitely be using BCM in the future. Thank you for an excellent job Craig and Nathan.

Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. Good communication and management of project by Andy and special shout to Steve who worked throughout the 3 weeks doing an outstanding job. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.
