Enis Evlat is enthusiastic, personable, reliable and unpushy - unlike many of the other companies I asked to quote for my windows. Enis visited promptly in order to measure up and quote. He was thorough in his explanation and demonstration of the products and provided a competitive price and quick fitting timescale. The windows have now been succesfully fitted by his team. Silent Windows is to be well recommended as a good alternative to the big names.

David did a fantastic job with the flooring in our new home. He came to inspect the job in person shortly after I posted my job advert on Rated People and provided us with a quote to start work the following week. When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.

Vasile layered floor tiles in our kitchen and we are very happy with the work he did.Our kitchen floor wasn't ideal but he did an excellent job in leveling up the floor.

I would highly recommend Kenny, as he is a reliable, professional builder/carpenter, who has just completed work on my home which involved knocking a wall down, re-fitted kitchen and new floor throughout the downstairs.

Dennis gave us a reasonable quote for fitting and supplying internal doors throughout the house. He was prompt, worked hard whilst maintaining a clean environment ie clearing all sawdust and debris. Will definitely be usingDdennis again!! Would recommend him to anyone who, like us, had never used trades people before

Excellent and helpful approach. On time, on budget and just got stuck into the job. I had a further issue with a leaking water pipe and Kevin also helped sort that out as well. Will definitely use them again.

Big thank you to Alex and his team. Excellent refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom. Finished to a very high standard. Alex has a great eye for detail and takes much pride in his work. He has been flexible and accommodating with his work schedule, and understanding of delays that I caused. There were no unexpected costs and excellent value. Highly recommended.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. In the end, another firm was able to start earlier than Aaron thought they could - I'm very happy with progress; but think it's well worth speaking to Smart Construction, and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in future, if I need building work done (which I really really hope I don'tj
