Quick and efficient and a job well done fitting skirting board to our irregular shaped walls. Kim and co were friendly and quickly came back to fix something that needed attention a couple of weeks after the job had been completed and payment had been made. Would use again - thank you!

A very professional job. David was extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable replacement for our old en-suite shower. The finished product exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with the quality of the work carried out and would recommend David to anyone needing work done in their bathroom. I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Great value for money and just honest, humorous personalities. Would fully recommend.

Malc did really good job in my "new" old house. I was very impressed with his high quality work. Level of standard/knowledge/detail you get for the money is amazing, five star job in very affordable price. I had bad experience with some other tradesmans, and I wish that all tradesmans would be like Malc. Thanks to Malc my new kitchen looks perfect. I will definitely use him again.

Craig was able to come over very promptly and do the job the next day. The work was extraordinary value for money and excellent quality. He passed every decision by me and came up with ideas for making it work which I hadn't considered. He's friendly and very helpful. Well recommended.
