Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

Jamie came over this Saturday and Sunday to add some fencing on my stone wall and added some wooden rails to the steps of my decking. He did an amazing job and the quality is brilliant. Will definitely use him again for future work in the garden.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

Tony & Ryan removed an old boundary wall and rebuilt the wall with new materials.They both work hard as a team and do a fantastic job.The work was completed in 3 days leaving no mess.I would recommend them 100% and will use them again when I have need for two great workers.

Jonathan installed the kitchen, I was pleased with his work, as asked him to install lots of kitchen add ons that does not normally come in a kitchen. He has done more work for me since, hanging doors and new linings. Would recomend.

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Having been let down a few times it so refreshing to have a company that want to work. All my message’s were returned promptly and turned up when arranged . There work was spot on and they were lovely to have around , really helpful and respectful in the house . Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.

Very pleased with the work done (fitted wardrobe in loft room ). David was always courteous, clean , and very hardworking. Had a few small concerns but David came back as promised and put things right. Will definitely be calling him again as we have more jobs to be done ! Many Thanks, Carole Pegler
