I am Raymond, self employed painter & decorator. I am working with this trade for about 10 years. I was working at so many projects, like hotels, offices, leisure centres and private homes. And I know my work from preparing until smooth finish. I am keen and hard working. Besides that trade I am working as multi trader. Doing tiling, carpentry and basic plumbing. As well all odd jobs too.I like to work in the different places and to do different jobs. There no job too small or too big. I am friendly, helpful family man. Sorin did my first job on time but for my next job, he started it near Christmas but hasn’t returned since to complete it. Initially he said that he will come back and finish it but now he has disappeared. I will avoid him for future jobs

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.
