Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I am getting him back to do additional work. I highly recommend kevin. Its refreshing to meet someone who is skilled and as professional as kevin and charges at a reasonable rate.

I found both David and Sean very approachable and accommodating and no request or change was too much trouble. Sean agreed the initial specification / price / timescales etc while David provided the Joinery skills and this worked very well and we were always kept well informed. The work was carried out to our requirements to a high standard and in a very clean and tidy manor and we were left very pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend Timber Lab if seeking a good, reliable service.

Kriss arrived at the time we arranged with everything he needed to complete the job. He worked nonstop the whole of the day, I practically had to force a cup of tea down him. He is hardworking, conscious and easy to get on with. I was very pleased with his work, so much so, that I had him back the following week. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I’d definitely recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.
