First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. All very well done despite lots of hurdles on the way which were caused by an old, derelict system in the kitchen. If you want someone who is super organised, clean and tidy, punctual and sticking to schedules, then Monta is probably your best choice despite not offering the lowest quote on the market.
